Return & Refund

We have a 05-day return policy, which means you have 05 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@fabnatura.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, you can send the items back to Fab Natura, B-185 IGC, KHARA, Bikaner, Rajasthan 334001 in order to get a refund.

After receiving and satifactory reviewing we will process your refund. 100% value of goods you return will be fully reimbursed to you within 2 days, but the shipping cost of returning the item will be at your expense. If you are returning an item for more than Rs. 3999, you should get shipment insurance or get a traceable delivery service. We make no promises as to when we will get your returned goods.  your refund will be sent automatically using the original payment method that you used. 

Note : Return Policy is not available on Customized order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 48 hours of reception of the item. if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
